tried to use this app to resolve a claims issue. It used a Chat bot that kept pretending to be a real person and just kept asking for my details, over and over again and transferring me to fictional agent after fictional agent. If you are picking a health plan for your company, please avoid doing business with this company.

Consistently unable to check my flex balance through the app. The page fails to load. Consistently unable to log in with biometrics. Although I have a new phone, less than 1-year-old, The display on my phone isn't optimized for Android when I log into the app. This app = absolutely useless!

HORRIBLE!! I've been trying to get this app for 4 days!! Which means I am unable to get my insurance card to fill my scripts. Not to mention, my insurance changed without my knowledge. They don't mind taking my money, but they make it impossible to use this app.
